They picked up the AP story of Lacey's now infamous resident, Anthony Whitfield, accused of 17 counts of first degree assault by knowingly spreading the HIV virus. He was in court today, and he plans to plead not guilty. How? What is his defense here? Is the lawyer going to argue that he was exceptionally arroused and didn't think to tell his partners?
