Warmest greetings! And I mean that, sincerely. Warmest frickin' greetings. We also have more death.
Prince Rainier, Prince of Monaco, who married the most beautiful woman in American cinema history (for my money, anyway), and who did not have a mountain in Washington State named after him, is dead, and we all feel really, really sad about it. He was 81.
Also, Nobel and Pulitzer prize-winning author Saul Bellow, author of Herzog and Humboldt's Gift, and who, if you're apt to be pissed off by Death Watches, you almost certainly have never read nor ever will since your time is obviously taken up by one too many Danielle Steele books, makes me feel even worse about his passing at age 89.
