I toned down the language for any kiddies. so the new album david candy "play power" is incredible. david candy is the new personna of Ian Svenonious (the makeup and nation of ulysses) and members of death by chocolate(another of my thousands of favorite bands). the cd starts out with the david candy theme, which is very sixties action movie type music and then it goes into incomprehensibly yours which is supposed to be soothing but is what i like to call the stalker song. it is hard to really feel comforted by the thought that Ian or, david will be there to comfort me from now on. track four is awesome because he actually reads one of his favorite food recipies over spanish guitar music. it is not just music but cooking with david candy. that would blow martha stewart out of the water. look out martha! so the basic gist of the cd is very sixties type music going along with Ians interesting rants about art, food, brazil and love. he has been called the white james brown, the white prince, etc, etc and his job is to spread the gospel yeah yeah home. the last page of the cd sleeve says it best "I'm the one that you've always been waiting for and now I'm here with you... forever." go out and buy this now.
