Taliban to Mark Hindus

The Taliban, the Islamic militia that now rules 95% of Afghanistan and caused an international uproar over their treatment of women, Buddhist statues, and their strict interpretation of Islamic law, has unveiled a plan to force Hindus living in Afghanistan to wear a mark identifying them as non-Muslims. Hindu women will also have to wear viels like the Muslim women already do.
India and the local Hindus, of course, are up in arms about this, and the parallels to identity pages (Yellow Stars, Pink Triangles, it's Ueber-Lucky Charms!) from Nazi Germany is disturbing to say the least.
