I wanted to make something like that, would have come in handy while I was flagging. But it has already been done.

Now that I think about the shenis, ewwww! Its kinda expensive, to piss thru, and keep. If you are someplace where you can't be in a proper potty, how ya gonna wash the damn thing when you're finished? Where ya gonna carry it til next time ya gotta go, not in my pocket! ick! And its too big to just put on in the morning and wear all day. But it is funny.

Now, how much will you pay? But wait, there's more...
